However, the Promo Credit can only be applied once, and only the credit attached to one gift card may be used per session. Any additional gift cards will contribute only their purchased value toward the session total.

Terms and Conditions

General Overview

The Leandra Brown Photography Black Friday Gift Card Promotion provides clients with a bonus promotional credit equal to the value of the purchased gift card (“Promo Credit”). These Terms & Conditions outline how gift cards and promotional credits may be purchased and redeemed.

Gift Card Purchase Details

Gift cards may be purchased in any of the available promotional amounts during the Black Friday sale period.

  1. Clients may purchase up to 5 gift cards per order.

  2. Each gift card includes a bonus Promo Credit equal to the purchased value.

  3. Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to others.

Expiration & Promo Credit

Purchased gift card value never expires.

  • Promo Credit expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Promo Credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be reissued once expired.

  • If a gift card is transferred to another person, the Promo Credit transfers with it and follows the original expiration date.

Redemption Rules

Gift cards may be combined, but clients may redeem no more than $1,000 total in gift card value per session.

  1. Promo Credit may only be applied once per session, and only the Promo Credit attached to ONE gift card may be used.

    • Example: If you use multiple gift cards in the same session, only one gift card’s

      Promo Credit will apply.

  2. Promo Credit applies after your session fee

  3. Gift cards and Promo Credit cannot be used toward:

    • Existing invoices or outstanding balances

    • Past purchases

    • Retouching-only orders

    • Print products already discounted or already in production

Session & Booking Policies

  • Gift cards do not guarantee session availability.

  • Standard booking policies, retainers, and session fees apply.

  • No-show, reschedule, and cancellation policies remain in effect for all bookings made with gift cards.

  • If a client chooses a session or product total below the combined redeemed value, remaining gift card funds will remain on the card, but Promo Credit cannot be carried over.

Refunds & Transfers

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

  1. Gift cards can be transferred once; Promo Credit transfers along with the gift card.

  2. Lost or stolen cards may be reissued only with proof of purchase.

Additional Disclosures

This promotion is available for a limited time only and may not be repeated.
